c) Spirit of Deborah Ministries, Inc. 2009 Word of the Lord for 2009 Jewish Year 5769 Posted: 11 January 2009 Before sharing what the Lord has given for the new year, I begin with a reminder for some and an announcement to others. The New Year has ALREADY ARRIVED! It arrived on Sept. 30,2008 We have already entered the year 5769. As last year was a year of judgment, financial woes, and the revealing of false moves in our midst, so this year we look to the Lord for all He has decreed for us. As I write this, I add a little note to inform you that as we speak, the Jews expect that in this season Elijah will come and prepare the way for the showing of Moshiach (The Messiah). It is important to factor in the seasons and Now, to the New Year. I believe based upon my study, and what the Lord has revealed by the Spirit that as this year continues to unfold, Genesis 4 will be our scripture focus. For this year just based upon using Hebrew Gematria (finding numerical relationships between words and phrases), we find that this will be a year of reckoning, repentance and humbling, as well as one that is filled with the paradox of double portion blessings for the Priests of the Lord. Let us look closely and see the meanings found. In Hebrew Gematria the following correlations were found: 5769- Samekh Tet Samaekh is the picture of a hand on a staff /support Nun-50: means humbled, bent, broken, and submission. Nun + Nes = Miracles (must be included when summing up the numbers in the new year) 60- is the number of Priestly blessing, the double portion blessing, 60 is also pictured as a shield (the Lord is our shield), relates to God also revealing His names to His people (we will know the Lord by His names as we go through this year) 9– is the Hebrew letter Tet and is translated Tov which means good/beneficial. It is compared to the pain of childbirth which although no one believes it is good. But everyone believes that it was beneficial because through that pain we receive a new life. There is an allusion to the fact that whatever nine is associated with as in Genesis 1, it is relates to the essential quality of a thing. Something that must take place in order to get the “god/beneficial” to manifest.. Fullness, manifestation, birthing, ripenening There is a lot of technicality that goes into deciphering the Gematria and it includes pictures of all the symbols that stand for the numbers and words above. These are all factored into understanding the meaning we search for. What I have shared above is a "brief" overview to give you clarity of what will be shared. Having studied, deciphered, prayed, and searched the scriptures, the New Year, we can expect the following: This is the Word of the Lord to the Body of Christ concerning the things the Lord has decreed for us in this season. We have entered a season of signs, wonders, and miracles. As we celebrate the new Year later than the God’s true season, we are behind schedule and have only three months left to this season that has been ushered in. As I furthered my studies, I discovered that the Jews have two calendars that they follow. One for the harvest seasons and one for the Kings. The Kings’ calendar begins in Nisan (April) and coincides with the creation of the world and the commands God gave to the patriarchs. Esentially, we need to get in line with what God IS doing already and flow with Him in this season. While this is the season of birthing and manifestation, of receiving the “good/beneficial” things that God has for us, we must remind ourselves of the fact that in order to birth, there must first be a travailing. With the pangs of birthing. So while we will indeed see the Hand of God in our midst, we also will experience a level of travail that is essential for us to obtain the next dimension in God. As we bear down under these pangs, we will see God manifest His promises to us. We will see Him perform the things that we have waited so long and have heard prophetic words of...it will come through the birth canal this season and it will surely manifest. There will be a release of knowledge that ignites our souls and connects us to God in a way that we have not been in times past. That flame will burn and bring about good and benefit others-souls will be saved, healed, delivered and set free! All because the saints have found their connection with the Father and renewed it again! As stated above, this will be a season of unusual happenings., and experiencing that which is not what we have come to embrace as normal. Also, according to Jewish tradition, every 28 years, the sun returns to its original position it occupied when it was created in the 4th day of Creation. The Jews observe special prayers to acknolwedge God's greatness Birkat Hachanah (The Blessing of the Sun). This year, April 8, 2009 is erev. Pesach ( Passover) and coincides Birkat Hachanah taking place in the same month. This is only the 14th occurrence of this particular phenomena. It is recorded in Jewish history that notable events took place when these events occurred in the heavenlies such as the Exodus, and the hanging of Haman. This year also begins a news Schmitta Cycle which will culminate in a Sabbatical year and the cycle will begin all over again. The year 2008/5768 was a Sabbatical year and now this year of birthing and travail launches the cycle of life once again. The other side of this Hebrew letter Tov/Tet speaks of hidden evil. Which speaks of the fact that we will see the hidden agendas of mans’ flesh revealed in this season. We will see what seems good in the outward, turn out to be truly corrupt in the inward. It is the season of revelation of the intents of the heart of man. I would even say that on one level or another we shall see that spirit of antichrist revealed in a manner we have not seen up to this point. And just as the Jews await Elijah, I believe we shall see ministry that exemplifies the spirit and power of Elijah, but it must be remembered that the antithesis of what gave Elijah’s ministry momentum in Scripture was the Spirit of Jezebel.– was and has always been the same as antichrist. I know these are bold statements, but as time progresses we shall see these things unfold. We must pray even for our new President. Even his name lines up with this idea shown through the season that is stamped upon our nation. Hidden in his name is the idea of paradox, plurality,. Which says, the pendulum may swing in either direction,. The fervent prayers of the Saints availeth much! This will be a year of unusual happenings there is much that will happen in the heavenlies that is unusual and not the norm. We have yet to see the floods that have been prophesied as well. There are areas such as low lying areas of the east coast that will experience severe flooding and the wild weather patterns that we have seen will continue. The winters will grow colder and more unpredictable as the summer becomes hotter as well. The patterns for these things have been set, it is left to us to pray and entreat the Lord for His mercy that as His word come to pass, His people stay focused on Him, his word, and His plan for our lives and the life of His church.
