This ministry is a Deliverance, Apostolic-Prophetic, Pentecostal
Ministry. We provide spiritual covering to any Born-Again, Spirit-Filled Believer desiring to enter ministry to
promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ with a “Deliverance”, Apostolic-Prophetic” foundation. This ministry
may be in any arena where the Lord opens a door.
If you disagree with the basic teachings of Bill Hammond, Steve Shultz,
Johnnie Washington, or Arturo Skinner, you will not be able to stand in agreement with the teachings of this ministry.
All persons mentored, licensed, or ordained shall be Born-Again, Spirit-Filled believers in Jesus Christ as the
only way of salvation. They shall have a clear call to five-fold ministry, with at least two years of prior ministry
experience, also a letter of recommendation from a Pastor or other ministry leader( elder, Bible School teacher,
etc.) that may attest to their faithfulness in service, and content of character.

Spiritual Insight
Scriptural Guidelines
Personal Recommendations
Proof of Fruitful Ministry
Other requirements include the following:
A proven gifting or call of the Lord
Proven ability to minister in love and compassion
Knowledge of the
Word of God
A teachable Spirit
Continued good standing as a member of a local body of believers
Not
a novice/new Christian
Maturity, and stability of character and personality
Baptism of the Holy Ghost with
the evidence of speaking in tongues
A holy, sanctified lifestyle, unspotted by this present world
Ordination
is not automatic upon agreement to mentor. The minister must request it in writing, and be able to make full proof
of his ministry.
SOD maintains the right to discipline, provide input, and guidance into the mentees life.
SOD may determine that ordination requirements have/have not been met based upon previous ministry experience.
It is requested that all ministers requesting licensing,or mentoring obtain and maintain an active email
address and respond and initiate correspondence with us in order to provide continued contact, mentoring, impartation,
and information regarding progress in ministry.
The above requirement is to the benefit of the minister.
This is to assist in the process of getting acquainted, to help solidify the established relationship between this
ministry and the minister.
